General trainingsplan during a week:
Monday – The pass
Tuesday – Set inside out
Wednesday – Set from defense
Thursday – Attack
Friday – Attack & Defense
Every morning we start with a warm-up for everybody. Next to cardio training we also do some power exercises to warm up the muscles. There is also room for balancing exercises for the coordination. These exercises are important to keep your body injury free. After that a technical training will start and last for 1,5 hours. In the afternoon the training is more directed to technique and tactics. The exercises will be high and intense and suited for all levels. Every training we end with a fun game or exercise for all groups.
We try to give you as much contact with the ball as possible so you will be ready for the summer season.
